WHAT ARE VALENTINO'S POINTS?

Valentino's Grand Salon offers Points as a part of our loyalty rewards program. This is a free program and is presented as a courtesy to our clients. There is no obligation on your part to participate in the program.

HOW DO I EARN POINTS?

We offer the following ways to accumulate points:

• You earn points every time you visit Valentino's, based on how much you spend ($1 spent = 1 point)
• Earn 10 points for each service you book online
• Earn 10 points when pre-booking your next appointments at ring-up (in salon)
• Earn double points when you spend $60 or more in retail products.
• Refer a friend, earn 100 points.
• New Clients earn 300 points upon a return visit.

HOW MANY POINTS DO I HAVE?

You can check how many points you have right now! You will find Valentino's points listed in the online booking system.

WHAT DO I GET FOR MY POINTS?

Valentino's Points can be redeemed for a Valentino's Gift Certificate, which is valid for any product or service offered at Valentino's Grande Salon. Below are the redemption levels:

• Redeem 1400 Points for a $25 gift certificate
• Redeem 2600 Points for a $50 gift certificate
• Redeem 3000 Points or more for a $75 gift certificate
• A minimum of 1400 points is required for redemption 

HOW DO I REDEEM THEM?

Simply contact the salon when you are ready to redeem your Valentino's Points at 905-666-3805, or e-mail us at requests@valentinos.ca. 

*Points cannot be shared or distributed as each client accumulates points seperately.  Points are accumulated on a calendar year basis only and expire at the end of each calendar year.  Valentino's Grande Salon has the right to modify or cancel its points system at any time.
