When should I book for my trial run and my wedding date?

Trial runs should be scheduled at least 2 to 3 months before your actual wedding date. Please schedule your wedding day and trial run appointments at the earliest convenience  so you can ensure a time slot with your stylist. Bookings for your wedding date should be made 6 – 12 months in advanced to guarantee availability for you and your bridal party. Make-up / Spa services are also available at the Facial Place next door. 

Can I bring food or drinks to the salon?

On the day of your wedding, feel free to bring any drinks or food that you would like to have while getting your services. We do offer complimentary beverages at our salon, but please feel free to bring more personalized and favourite appetizers for you and your party.

How should I prepare for my wedding day?

To help us serve you better and ensure that your wedding day runs smoothly, we ask that you and your wedding party please follow these simple guidelines:

      1. For your trial run and wedding day services, please arrive with clean, dry hair. Arriving with clean hair ensures that our stylists can achieve a hairstyle that holds your whole wedding day.

      2. If you are cancelling or changing an appointment, please call 905-666-3805 and speak with one of our customer care representatives to make any changes. Changes must be done a minimum of seven days before your scheduled appointment to avoid any charges.  We ask that you do not arrive late for your wedding day appointments; 15 minutes may put everyone behind.

      What is the cancellation policy for bridal parties?

Our cancellation policy for parties is one week.  Please finalize all appointments and arrangements at least seven days prior to your event day.  You will be charged for any appointments not used.  Thank you for your cooperation.

What about the condition and colour of my hair for my wedding day?

If you are in need of a colour consultation or worried about the condition of your hair, Valentino's award winning team will work with you to obtain the perfect colour for your wedding day. Valentino’s staff will make sure your hair is picture perfect and healthy for your special day.

What if I don’t know the style I want for my wedding day?

Styling hair for a wedding is very different than casual styling. Valentino's stylists have been extensively educated on the proper techniques and styles for formal events. We take into consideration the quality and length of your hair as well as the design and theme of the head-piece and dress you have chosen.  The years of experience our stylists have gained will certainly create the perfect look for your wedding date.
