Keeping our salon safe and COVID-free for our clients and Team since Day One of the pandemic is something we are very proud of, and committed to!

We are taking every precaution to operate our salon safely, following all Public Health Guidelines.
Ensuring that our Team and clients feel safe and comfortable is our #1 priority.

  • All salon employees and clients are required to wear a mask inside the building. 
    If you must have a drink during your service we ask that you step outside to remove your mask, and sanitize upon re-entry.

  • We will always do our best, but may be unable to accommodate late clients - we ask that you arrive 5 minutes prior to your service, as we are on a strict schedule to allow for complete sanitation between appointments.

  • As per Public Health, we ask that you wait outside to be screened before entering the salon. If you do arrive early for your appointment we ask that you call us at 905-666-3805. In some cases we may be able to accommodate your appointment earlier or we may suggest that you wait in your car until your appointment time as our waiting area space is limited due to ensure physical distancing.

  • We have installed a heater outside our Front window for the winter months for your comfort and will do everything we can to reduce waiting times.

  • Only those with appointments, or those purchasing retail, are allowed inside the building, as per Public Health.  Please come to your appointment alone.  One parent/guardian is able to accompany a child, or someone who needs assistance.  Please inform us upon booking. 

  • Clients are asked to limit personal items.

  • We encourage payment via Debit, credit cards, or gift cards.

  • No beverages will be served until further notice.

  • No magazines will be provided until further notice.
