Salon Policies

Pricing:
The Price Menu posted shows our base prices. Prices are subject to change at any time depending upon individual service needs. Any quote given without a consultation is a rough estimate, as factors such as length/thickness, previous colour, time involved, etc cannot be determined without a consultation. Complimentary consultations with a Colourist are recommended for anyone requiring an exact price.


Color Renovation Policy:
Consultations must be booked prior to booking a Colour Renovation/Correction appointment. This allows you to discuss your goals with your Colourist, who will then know how much time will be needed to achieve your goals.  Color Renovations may take more than 1 appointment.  Color Renovations start at $120+/hour, and require a non-refundable deposit.


Punctuality:
To ensure that we can provide the best experience possible, we ask that you arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled time. If you are running late, please call or text ahead.  We will always do our best, but we may be unable to accommodate late clients.   If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, we may request that you reschedule your services if we are no longer able to offer you a full service.


Adjustment Policy:
Refunds are not issued on salon services. However, if you are not loving your hair, we will invite you back to see what we can do for you.  If the results discussed during your original service were not achieved, we will happily adjust the service for you at no charge, if warranted - we want you to love your hair!  Valentino's must be notified within 5 days of the original service, and we ask that you return to your original service provider, as they know exactly what was discussed and decided upon.  We ask that you only reschedule your Adjustment once - we want you to love your hair as soon as possible, and our goal is to take care of you as soon as possible! 


Retail Product Returns:
If you are unhappy with a hair care product, it can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase. 
No cash refunds will be given.
