• To avoid any errors, do not book an appointment for someone else with your online booking information.

• Color services should be booked first followed by your cut within the same screen. Chemical services vary in price depending on length, thickness, time, and products involved.

**PLEASE NOTE: blow dries are not automatically included in colour services as availability depends on our Stylists' schedules – any appointment with a Stylist must be booked separately, after your colour service** 

• Please use the "book from history" option to ensure correct booking times. 

• Certain services cannot be booked online as they require a consultation.

• Any cancellations, or changes to appointments require 24 hours notice, and cannot be done online; please call  (905) 666-3805.
